Understand and optimise in-store traffic flow, congestion points and points of interest
Dwell heatmaps and traffic heatmaps
Counting in specific zones
All-in-one overhead sensor
Powerful online dashboards
UNDERSTANDING CUSTOMER JORNEY
An understanding of customer flow in a store or venue can provide a wealth of insight that would previously only be possible with constant human observation.
What are the areas where customers spend more time? Less time?
Do customers pay attention to your promotions?
How often they use internal ATMs and then go to the cashier, compared with those that just enter the branch to use the ATM?
What proportion of customers entering a store move to the right or left in preference to straight ahead?
Count how many people pass through every point to to understand where people go and general traffic density.
Analyse how long people dwell at every point to understand customer interest patterns.
Count how many people enter any zone in-store and how they move between zones to analyse the performance of every section.
HOW IT WORKS
Smart overhead camera sensor detects people.
Embedded algorithm tracks people's movements and builds timed trajectories.
The anonymous data is collected and uploaded to the cloud database.
Collected data is provided via online dashboards as heatmaps, graphs and diagrams.
Users can configure exclusion zones, as well as areas of interest and bi-directional tripwires for a more granular counting.
Multiple camera sensors can be 'stitched' together to analyse larger areas.
HOW TO INSTALL
The all-in-one BDI Focus heatmapping camera sensors are designed for easy installation
with a PoE power supply and a remote setup and calibration facility.
The camera sensor must be installed to provide a top-down view of the area to be measured.
